30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@fabted.com or fill out the form on our website. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are sent back without prior authorization.
Damages and Issues: We strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures a quicker and more efficient process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned earlier, including the item being in its original condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
